THE BEGINNING : Make Travel Fair was established at the end of 2006 as an online platform to communicate some of the global issues associated with travel, and to encourage education amongst travellers.  We now offer a human-powered research service to assist travellers with fully exploiting the vast amounts of travel information available online. | Read more »

We are currently travelling

We have finally got back on the road and are travelling via the USA and the Cook Islands to New Zealand. From New Zealand we will be travelling through Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and then into China before catching a train to Moscow.

Our route is being kept as flexible as possible but the ultimate aim is to return back to the UK clocking up most of the mileage overland. It's been an educational year setting up Make Travel Fair and this will be a fantastic opportunity to digest what we've learnt.

Experiencing the freedom of being on the road with a backpack and learning about the world is what Make Travel Fair is all about. We can't talk about travel if we don't allow ourselves to wander...that's our excuse anyway.

We will be making regular blog entries whilst we're away and updating the site from the road as best we can. Our research service is unavailable during this time.
